The Libertarian
National Party bylaws provide for groups of State Affiliates
to associate as a region. The states in a region are usually -- but not always --
geographically contiguous. Each region, based on size, has one
or more representatives on the national party's executive committee.
These regions are determined at each Libertarian National Convention,
the last of which was held in Portland, Oregon in July of 2006.
The South East Region (4) is made up of Alabama, Florida, Georgia,
Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.
Our representative is the Honorable Bob Barr, and our alternate representative is Stewart Flood.
